Fire Report Requests

The Fire Chief is the custodian of records for all fire incident reports.  Reports prepared by the Company Officers and Fire/Arson Investigators are reviewed in preparation for release. There are curcumstances where fire reports are not releasable due to the following criteria:

• Pending Criminal Prosecution
• Active Investigation
• Sensative nature of the Investigation
• Juvenile Record
• Information that may disclose investigative technique
• Identifying cofidential informant information

A report may be released, however you may receive a redacted copy due to a juveniles name or medical information which is contained within the report(s).

Records Request Fees

• Fire Reports are billed at $2.00 per report (please click on the Fire Report Fee to process your payment prior to submitting form)
• Postage (follows the price of postage at the time of mailing)
• No charge for records emailed
